Rodney has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex project requirements, leading large-scale project development, and fostering strong industry partnerships. He consistently delivers strong financial performance while prioritizing safety and environmental responsibility.

Rodney has served as a consultant to various industry leaders, successfully completing two cross-country pipelines while maintaining quality, production, and crew safety. He has spearheaded several mid-stream pipeline and pipeline integrity projects in the Bakken and worked as a construction manager in the Powder River Basin, overseeing well pad completion and gathering system pipelines for oil, gas, and saltwater production.

Rodney possesses extensive knowledge of operations in the upstream, mid-stream, and downstream systems, as well as the transmission and distribution pipeline industry. He holds certifications with AWS CWI, CPWI, NACE, API 1169, and OSHA 30, and has gained experience with ANSI, API, ASME, OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, FERC, and CFR 49 Part 192 & 195.
