Nathan Browne is a proven leader in the energy sector (oil, natural gas, and power) with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and operations. He served as Superintendent of a pipeline contractor from 2021 to 2024, demonstrating his ability to manage complex projects and drive results.

As a trusted advisor to independent energy companies and contractors across the Western and Central United States, Mr. Browne has a distinguished record of operational management and growth. He has overseen the operations and expansion of five companies across 11 states, notably establishing 32 crews on NV Energy properties in Nevada—the largest such deployment on NV Energy property at the time. This accomplishment underscores his capacity to effectively scale operations and meet demanding project requirements.

Prior to his role as a Superintendent, Mr. Browne focused on utility contracts and operational success along the West Coast. He served as Regional Manager, overseeing contracts, production, and performance on properties owned by Snohomish County P.U.D., Chelan County P.U.D., PG&E, San Diego Gas and Electric, and Kansas City Power & Lights.

Mr. Browne’s career highlights include co-founding Owl Creek Energy Services Inc. with his business partner and contributing to disaster relief efforts during several natural disasters, including floods and wildfires. He brings real-world experience and in-depth knowledge to the utility industry, making him a valuable asset to his clients and partners.
